Embrace your true nature in the mystical waterfalls
We are beings of water. Where there is water there is life. Raw foods nourish the cells within our bodies with water. Amongst water everything is thriving.
Chronic dehydration is the death of life. Our bodies are made of water and we thrive in a water rich environment. When we become dehydrated from cooked, acidic, processed drying foods our body stiffens and the organs can't function optimally. Joints, muscles and bones work more optimally when there is enough fluid lubricating the joints. Circulation and the lymphatic flow is stagnated with dehydrated foods that clog our system with waste rather than nourish with life giving hydration.
These waterfalls are a reminder that water is life and when we choose to consume hydrating raw foods, we are watering our very own bodies and spirits. The flow of the water cleanses away toxic debris and clogged waste bringing forth more nutrients to cells, better flowing blood and lymph, clearer mind, uplifted mood and lightness of the spirit.
...
We are naturally drawn to water since we are made of water and that is the reason we are innately drawn to eat raw fruits in particular. This is why reconnecting with flowing water environments is one of the keys to an electric healthy, happy life. Keeping the body hydrated is the most important thing we can do to thrive, be alive and cleanse the stagnant debris that limits us from our highest potential in these water dominant bodies.
Here in the waterfalls you can tap into your primordial soul with the call of the wild to be free and dive into the mystical cleansing waters that enlivens our spirit and refreshes our cells giving us the opportunity to be fully alive in untamed passion in our authentic nature. This is really what life is all about and yet lost in the demands and sterility of modern life.
To unite with the wisdom within in the present beauty of now. Here in nature we can wake up our ancestral wild spirit and unite with the breath and heart as nature fills our consciousness and we can know our connection to all through the rhythms of the water.
Shakti Goddess essence lives in the waterfalls.... Their spiritual power flows, cascading down from the mountains of love and meditation. That is why the streaming waters from the mountains have strong healing properties.
They are a place of spiritual power giving us an uplifting feeling inside providing not only a sense of wonder but a way to expand our own spirits and symbolize the process of letting go, cleansing and the continuous flow of energy and life. The negative ions produced by waterfalls are believed to increase serotonin, the hormone that generates feelings of well-being. They can be used for cleansing and purification of the body.
Raw living foods
RAW LIVING FOODS will bring your body, mind, & spirit to life!
For optimal health the human body needs fresh raw living foods. Raw fresh food purifies the bowels, the blood, the lymph and gives you cellular energy and renewal. It clears your consciousness, gives you mental clarity which boosts confidence, self-worth and courage!
When cooking food we are altering and damaging the structure of that food and the life-force energy contained within it. Our body no longer recognizes it as food but instead sees it as a foreign toxin. This leads to the creation of mucous and stiffness and inflammation which ultimately leads to suffering and disease.
In nature every species has foods they’re designed to eat known as a species-specific diet. Consuming foods how they were intended to be eaten is how we reach optimal levels of health and reverse disease.
...
By ingesting living foods without processing as they exist in nature will give you more energy, vitality and clarity through a total health transformation.
Here at our retreat we focus on foods that are naturally hydrating and simple to digest such as fresh fruit, fresh juices, raw blended soups, smoothies and simple garden salads.
By simplifying and minimizing processing we reduce digestion freeing up more energy for the body to heal, renew and regenerate.
YOGA CENTER
Practice yoga and find your inner peace
If you study the total body of sacred lore that humanity has created, the intelligence, lucidity and mystical capacity of the ancient authors is amazing and they seemed to be so much more in tune with living in harmony with nature and all beings. I think we can learn from them a lot and it is in fact urgent that we do so.
Authentic yoga can create freedom of the body and mind. It is a spiritual path that helps us to find refuge, discover our true self and experience what life really means.

Yoga & The Breath
When we experience the alignment of the body and mind a secondary effect of the practice will nourish us, the breath. Bringing our body into alignment will allow the breath to be as it should be a deep, flowing, nourishing breath. When we are misaligned, the breath will be short and insufficient, therefore creating more stress in the muscles and the mind. True freedom also comes from the breath being free. The asanas will open the body in a way that the breath can flow freely. Understanding this helps signal whether we are performing asanas correctly or not.
Yoga, The Mind, & The Body
Along with this misalignment and restricted breath, we also hold a lot of tension, stress and pain in our body. Asanas can relieve this as well. However in order to release this stress from our body, we must incorporate our mind. The mind is always turning outward.
While we practice asanas, we want to reverse the outward tendency of the mind to bring it inward. Moving our concentration and awareness inward allows it to become a witness to our tension, pain and imbalances existing in the body. When we correctly bring the attention of the mind into asana, the tension being experienced by the body can be released.
When all the attention is focused on how an asana appears, it becomes a practice of ego and the body suffers and creates tension.
When yoga turns into a practice of the ego, it is easy to identify and become attached to the superficial part of our being. The danger in this is we narrow ourselves into becoming only what people want us to be. This is not true asana yoga.
The most heightened benefit asanas help us to achieve is to reveal our true self by minimizing and dropping the ego. It helps us to understand, experience and connect with the supreme self, the truth of who we really are.
Through pure yoga practice, asana uses a combination of three different qualities within our being:
the mind
the body
the breath
Understanding how each of these integrate with each other and how to use them in each asana will bring us into balance and harmony. Asana practice is not merely a physical exercise it is much more than that. It brings the mind-body structure into alignment, improves the breath, releases tension and gives us opportunity to reach into a higher level of ourselves, our divine nature.
The key is connection.
In yoga, we work on the mind/body/soul connection in order to connect with something greater. This connection is always there, but sometimes it gets foggy and we have difficulty seeing it within ourselves. With a consistent yoga practice, we work on creating a state within ourselves to see this connection more clearly.
It doesn’t matter what your practice looks like, as long as you’re working towards this connection, you’re tapping into the true meaning of yoga.
Meditation is yoga!
If we’re looking at what the original forms of yoga were long ago, we need to look at meditation. Meditation stems back to ancient practices and is said to have been around for thousands of years.
Yoga’s goal is to help guide us toward enlightenment. Meditation is one of the best ways to work towards enlightenment because it allows you to truly look inward and tune out the external world. When you close off the external world, you create a space where you can really connect your mind to something greater.
Gardens used for therapy provide a great way to heal and nurture us, whether we’re sufifering from a physical, mental or emotional condition or just want to enjoy the peace and relaxation that one finds in a garden. There’s no better place to become one with nature than in a therapy garden.
Essentially, horticultural therapy is exposure to a natural setting of gardens and plants to help with all levels of healing. Observing nature and her cycles and patterns and designs tends to soothe the human spirit, which contributes to wellness and healing
The art of incorporating a natural setting for healing is not a new practice. Ancient civilizations and various cultures throughout time have used horticultural therapy as part of a holistic healing regimen.
In addition to stimulating the senses, garden therapy tends to release stress, alleviate depression, improve creativity, promote pleasant emotions, improve motor skills and reduce negativity.
Horticultural therapy techniques are employed to assist participants to learn new skills or regain those that are lost. It helps improve memory, cognitive abilities, task initiation, language skills, and socialization. In physical rehabilitation, horticultural therapy can help strengthen muscles and improve coordination, balance, and endurance.
