To achieve maximum health and vitality we must rid our bodies of waste. Hydration is key to elimination of toxins, mucus and coagulated waste. In a dehydrated body everything starts sticking together and clogging your system creating discomfort and dis-ease.
Water rich fruit and juices add the lubrication we need in order to get the pipes moving and breaking up old stagnant debris that stiffens the body, ages us and causes suffering.
